There are over 150 men in our MMH network currently going through the Ed Cole Curriculum. We are in the process of creating a strategy to double and triple that number this year. I'm extremely encouraged by the 150 men-strong stat. Double and tripling that number is a great goal, but I have this gut feeling that we will see many more!
I have seen a tremendous shift recently in the desires of men to find that something yet found. I've personally noticed an increase of unsaved or back-slid friends who have suddenly become disillusioned by the so-called promises of this world. The false calling of earning more to have more; working harder to provide for a family seldom seen. It's a cry of a generation for a return on investment of time and money that they have given to this world. Men all over are ready to cash in and feel some joy over their hard work only to realize that they have bought stock in an already bankrupt investment. Joy didn't come in the form of a bigger house, a faster car, or better television. They feel betrayed. I sense an outpouring of God's mercy on the men around us. Their eyes are becoming open to the truth of a bankrupt world and way of life. Now it's decision time for them. Where should they invest their lives now? How should they live to finally experience true joy?
The iron is hot men. We need to strike now. We need to be more sensitive to the spirit now than ever before. We are surrounded by hurting and hungry men. Who will heal them? Who will feed them? It's time to allow Christ to work again on this earth as He did 2000 years ago. And we have the unfathomably awesome privilege of letting Christ operate through us to bring healing and guidance.
The enemy is also aware if this turning tide and he's going to do everything in his power to use it for his purpose. He's going to fight us tooth-and-nail. But what he hasn't snapped to is he's facing men who are ready for the fight. We're armed with the truth of God and dangerous! We need to be in constant prayer. We need to be in constant study. We need to be in constant worship. A fighter never enters the ring with his hands down. Be ready MaxMen. In the famous words of the UFC's Big John McCarthy - "LET'S GET IT ON!"
Now is the time to bring men from all over Houston to a realization of who they are called to be in this life. More than a couch potato. More than a paycheck. More than just a ride to church. It's time to become Christlike - IT'S TIME TO BECOME MEN!

What an honor it is to be the wife of a MAXMAN leader! I stand in amazement watching the hand of God move in men of Victory Family. Men are taking a stand for what they believe in and living a God honoring, non-compromising life moving forward in building the kingdom.
Women this is the answer to your prayers. Support your man as he stands for greatness. My personal prayer is that I am not standing in the way of what God is wanting to do. Pick your battle and fight the enemy that wants to destroy your family.

As Jesus Christ is revealed in husband and wife together, we are looking to a greater tomorrow and a God honoring family. Which can lead to a movement of a God honoring world. Discipleship at home with us.
"As Jesus is revealed in husband and wife together" is a picture of a godly marriage. Strong marriages make strong churches, strong churches make strong communities, strong communities make strong cities, strong cities make strong nations.
